    Hello,

    I see the following errors in my Search Console
    Missing: author
    Missing: updated

    I see also a warning Crawl-delay: 3600 in robots.txt

    I am very new to wordpress so any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi, @alicelondon

    Probably what you see are the missing hentry fields:

    As for the robots.txt, do you have one? If you don’t there’s no need to worry about it.

    Overall these are things that could improve the crawling process (how Google reads your site) but shouldn’t be a deal breaker for your SEO strategy.
