Google Search Console Coverage Issues

Hi,
In the past Google was indexing the post rating pages, for example http://mywebsite.com/page/post-ratings-12692. So we included “Disallow: /*/post-ratings-” on robots.txt.
Recently Google started to index the post-ratings pages again. There are several warning messages on GSC like these below:
http://mywebsite.com/page-1/post-ratings-12692 Nov 1, 2019
http://mywebsite.com/page-2/post-ratings-8211 Oct 29, 2019
http://mywebsite.com/page-3/post-ratings-30690 Oct 29, 2019Is there something we can do to avoid Google to index post ratings pages?
