    Hi,

The google search console is giving errors after new authors without an account are created.

It is saying that the mainEntity is missing.

Is there a reason that this may be occurring and how do we overcome this?

    Hi @markwells ,

    Thank you for using PublishPress.
Could you provide more information regarding what action that you performed before this issue appears? Did it happen right away after you cerated new authors without an account, or perhaps since the beginning you use Authors plugin?

Do you also use a certain SEO plugin? If yes, could you tell the SEO plugin itself?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

It happens once the new author is created. I noticed that the author name displays correctly in the front end, but when I go to the author details there is no first and last name displayed.

The SEO plugin we are using is Yoast SEO.

    Hi @markwells

Is it possible to test it on your site (if it does not affect other things) by deleting the Authors without an account? This information is important for our developer to understand the issue behavior better.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi @markwells

I would like to follow up regarding your issue. We did see a similar issue before but there was a fix in version 4.7.5. Can you tell us the version of the plugin that you have installed?

    Hi @markwells ,

    Sorry for the delayed response.
We have tried to replicate the issue that you are facing by installing the same version of PublishPress Authors and Yoast SEO. However, we cannot find the same issue here: https://reachthroat.s3-tastewp.com/author/admin/

Could you perhaps show the configuration of Yoast SEO that you apply to your site? This may also affect the result.

    Looking forward to your reply.
