Hi,
May I ask you to check the automation and try to save it again? Additionally, please send me screenshots of this automation and send me information on which version of ShopMagic plugins you are using.
Hi,
I haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Please don’t hesitate to open a new one if you encounter other issues while using our plugin.
Have a fantastic day,
Hello, Dominik!
Sorry for the delay, I was not able to contact the Google Sheet manager.
So, we did the re-connection without any result. Still “Failure” in the log.
The automation is pretty simple. It just adds the new row to the Google Sheets once a new WooCommerce order is created.

Hi,
Sorry for the long wait, however, I am getting back to you.
Unfortunately, the current screenshots tell us little, so I would ask you to export the automation that is causing the problems. You can do this by going to ShopMagic → Automation and selecting this button https://monosnap.com/file/PxnCt82t05kIlZUij0tKABtD8uuJ45

Thx a lot, will be waiting!
Hi,
Thanks for sending the automation – I see that the data is supposed to fly to Sheet1 – please make sure that the name of this sheet and the sheet itself are in place and no one has deleted/changed it. The issue here is not the entire file, but a single sheet from a spreadsheet.
Hello, Dominik!
Thanks a lot for all your help. You were right, the problem was the GS manager renamed the Sheet Tab )
Have a nice daytime, and best of luck with your amazing plugin!
Best regards,
Constantine.
