Google Sheets Keeps Disconnecting – “Refresh token doesn’t exist

    Hi,

    After recent updates to the Forminator plugin, the Google Sheets integration keeps disconnecting with the error:

    “Refresh token doesn’t exist. Please reauthorize the Google Sheets integration.”

    I’ve reauthorized it several times — it works temporarily but eventually disconnects again.

    • Why is this happening?
    • How can we stop it from recurring?
    • Is there a way to get notified when the integration breaks?

    This is affecting our workflow, so any fix or workaround would be appreciated.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Recently we have had some reports related to Google Sheet integration and that issue was already fixed. Also, it was related to a different error/message.

    Can you let us know:

    • was there any other plugins updates on your site?
    • how many times during the day integration is disconnected?
    • when you try to reconnect it again, can you see any kind of errors in the browser console related to Forminator or Google Sheet?

    I really need your help into this. The sheets again gets disconnected and I have to again re-authorize it.
    Below are the details you asked

    • was there any other plugins updates on your site?
      – I regularly update plugins on my website to the latest versions for updates and bug fixes.
    • how many times during the day integration is disconnected?
      – It seems its getting disconnected once everyday.
    • when you try to reconnect it again, can you see any kind of errors in the browser console related to Forminator or Google Sheet?
      – No visible errors.

    Hello @sakshityagi343,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I tried integrating the Google Spreadsheet using a new Client ID & Secret, but I couldn’t replicate the issue. Can you please give it a try using this guide https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#google-sheets with a Fresh OAuth 2.0 Client ID? and let us know how it goes.

    Also, please make sure you’re not using any other plugin to integrate a Google Spreadsheet? because Forminator supports that natively.
