I’ve set up my Google Shopping feed as per the video and it says it is ready.

I have done as per the instructions in Google merchant centre but after uploading I get the following error:

The product data you submitted in your feed does not meet the product data specification, so your products were not approved. Fix and update your feed to display products to customers. To see all issues, go to Diagnostics.

When I go to Diagnostics I get the following:

Account isn’t eligible for enhanced free listings

But it is eligible as I created a manual product from a product that is on my website and it was accepted under the free listings with all my data from my website.

So there must be an issue with the data in my feed? But in diagnostics under feed, there were no issues.

Can someone help?

Most likely you did not add all required attributes to your feed. See this Google help pages:

I’m sure I have done them all. The only 2 that I’ve done that I’m not sure about as I don’t have the actuals things required I used the following attributes as per video which I do have

gtin (required for all products with a GTIN assigned by the manufacturer)
mpn (required for all products without a manufacturer-assigned GTIN)

gtin – product id
mpn – SKU

okay, I have finally been able to get my products into Google Merchant but now I have these errors…

Hi,

Your field mapping for shipping is wrong. Please see:

Your field mapping for tax is also wrong. The tax status is showing if tax is enabled for products or not. It is not adding an actual tax percentage to the feed so make sure you map g:tax to an attribute that holds your tax percentages. However Google prefers you not to add the taxes to your feed at all but configure your taxes directly into your merchant center instead, see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052209

Now with regards to your original free listings issue. I checked your feed and none of the products contains a GTIN in your feed which is a required field in order to be able to be approved for free listings so make sure you add GTIN’s to your feed.
