    Hi Team

I have used CTX feed to push my products to Google merchant Centre, but I’m getting few errors in Google merchant Centre. I am giving you the Loom video to check.

Please let me know if you need access to my WordPress dashboard, so I can share a temporary access.

    Dear @sarathr

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Based on the video, we noticed that your feed items are missing the Gender, Age Group, and Color attribute values. Since your items are watches, they fall under the Apparel & Accessories category, where these attributes are required.

To resolve this warning, please follow the steps below:

    1. Add the Gender, Age Group, and Color attributes to your WooCommerce products and assign appropriate values.
    2. We have prepared a video tutorial to guide you through adding these attributes in WooCommerce and reflecting them in the feed: Watch the video.
    3. Once you have updated your feed with these values, go to Google Merchant Center (GMC) and refresh your existing data source to apply the updates.

I hope this helps you resolve the issue. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,

    Hi @sarathr

Please disable the facebook pixel option from here – https://prnt.sc/IfvBhdRbGAGk
Then, enable the custom fields and save the settings.

    Hi @sarathr

That option is to add pixel code on your store. If you are willing to add pixel using our plugin, you would need to adde the pixel code under the settings I showed you to disable. However, if you are using any other plugin or manually adding pixel code to your website, you can keep it disabled.

    Thank you,
