Google snippet

Hello, my site is elthraki.gr I’m using Jarida Theme and I want to manage the snippet of the Homepage.
I tried to set static Homepage in order to manage the specific page, but the theme does not has that many display options when it is set as static.

Also I have put a description at the Titles & Metas-> Home (tab) but it doesn’t appear when I’m searching on google. It Just displays the Tagline of the site.

I’m using SEO Yoast in 2 other sites paiones.gr and aspros.gr and the snippet when search at google is that I have put in the metabox.

Is there a way to manage it or it is a Theme issue?
