Google Spreadsheets Live Data Not Updating

    I’m trying to get a Google Spreadsheet Live Data feed working. I’m 60% of the way there I think. I grab the logic function, drop it into my Google Sheet and it accurately displays all of the form submissions up to that point. However, it does not continuously update when a new submission is entered. New data comes in, but the sheet does not update to reflect it. What am I missing?

    The Google spreadsheet updates intermittently but provides not way to force an update.
