Google Structured Data error

Hey,

we are getting some mail from google regarding structured data.
base salary field, street address and employment type.
We have a salary field, in the job form, which is optional. the employment type and the address field are mandatory fields. But we get critical errors for this.

What are we doing wrong? Any ideas how to fix this?
