It’s difficult to tell if there is an issue without seeing your page and without being able to try and recreate it.
That could also be indicative of either an incorrect setting or perhaps an invalid entry for one of the parts of the review.
If you could provide a link to your page, hopefully we could get a better indication of what might be causing this.

Just to follow up – looks like the plugin itself may be broken
As this article highlights, google has just changed their system to no longer allow the structured data to not contain the “name” property.
This plugin does not have that, or allow the option to be set that i can find.

The plugin isn’t broken. All the features still work. We are aware that changes are being made to the schema. We are currently in the process of modifying our FAQ plugin to accommodate the new FAQPage markup. In the same regard, we will also review this plugin to make sure it conforms to any new changes that affect it. Thank you for letting us know.
