Google Tag snippet code not working

From what I can see on your site it looks like you also need to add the Body tag for the tag manager to work properly.
So, in this case, you also need a 2nd snippet for this code: https://a.supportally.com/WN4RBX set to Auto-Insert and location “Site Wide Body”.

I can’t see the body tag in the source of the page which might mean the theme you are using is not using the wp_body_open function needed to run those.
Regardless, the script tag is present on the page: https://a.supportally.com/NmXv3r

Have you tried clearing the cache before running preview mode? Maybe the changes were not fully published yet.

Thanks for the update – can you please try temporarily disabling any browser extensions that might interfere like adblockers or Ghostery?

This might be a local issue as the script tag seems to be loading correctly from WPCode.
