I get about 15 visits from Google daily.
This is the information I get.

    [ip.address.here]
    July 16, 2018
    [United States] [Firefox]
    https://www.google.com/

Other search engines give details like key words.
Are these google hits actually from searches or is it something else? I get some from Amazon DAWS with google listed as the source but on most of them it is just the IP address and the location. I am always looking for ways to increase my traffic but I never know how successful it really is. I recognize the IPs from the google bots so that is not what I am referring to, Thanks James

  • Google Analytics is what you are looking for.

For several years, Google removed the data on keyword, we cannot know any more which word brought the traffic on its web site.
You can refer to Useragent to know if Google IP is the bot or visitor from search

Thanks that answers my question, I am going to close this. I know the google bots. So it has to be one or the other.
