Google Checkout is no longer available. It has been retired by google completly. They only have Google Wallet for in app purchases.

I see. I got confused because the title in the wp e-commerce gateway store settings says Google Wallet, but it is actually Google Checkout.
Is there an estimate of when WP e-Commerce will support Google Wallet?
As you said, Google shut down Google Checkout months ago and gave over a year of warning, but WP e-Commerce still doesn’t support Google Wallet. The Google button they (try to) display is a broken image and the link is broken as well.

Google wallet is just for digital goods. I think they focus it more for Apps developers to allow in app purcahses:
Merchants selling digital goods may transition to Google Wallet for digital goods
Merchants selling physical goods will need to switch to third-party alternatives (see below)
Google recommended switching to braintree for which GetShopped sells a gateway.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I’m trying to sell digital goods, so Google Wallet would work well for me. I was hoping that WP e-Commerce would support it so that I don’t have to switch plugins.

I cant say for sure but i dont believe so. Google Wallet is now from what i understand more focused on Apps purchases (mobile, tablet, etc)
I am a Google Wallet merchant looking for a Word Press theme supporting it. I just checked with Google Wallet support and it is NOT only for apps – it apparently will work in websites too. Uses javascript.
