    My colleague cannot receive emails from Post SMTP. She uses Google Workspace. I am able t receive emails just fine and she can get forwarded emails from me, but for some reason she cannot receive emails, specifically from post SMTP.

    Since emails are being sent successfully and you can receive them (and forwarding works), this could likely be a Google Workspace filtering or policy issue rather than a Post SMTP issue.Please check the following:

    • Spam/Junk folder of the recipient
    • Google Workspace Admin → Email Logs (to see if emails are rejected or filtered)
    • Any blocked senders or filtering rules
    • Proper email authentication:
      • SPF
      • DKIM
      • DMARC

    If needed, feel free to share logs from your side or Google Workspace, and we’ll help you analyze further.
