Hi
I come from: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-not-optimize-for-logged-in-users-using-the-api/#post-9004752 as Franck recomended you plugin.
But I’m not using Google XML sitemap only but Yoast Sitemap…

That is also OK. The plugin will do some checks, as long as your sitemap is Google XML compliant .. you will be fine.
