Installed the plugin, filled out settings for Apple and Android. The Apple banner works fine tested on a newer iPhone. Can’t get the Android banner to show up. Testing on a LG model# LG-D801 Android version 5.0.2 running Chrome v. 54.0.2840.68. Testing at https://saludmovilstag.wpengine.com/.

Can’t get this page to load (https://github.com/jasny/jquery.smartbanner). Could this have something to do with it?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you if you are still having issues please reach out. I tried to look at your site you linked to, but didnt see that you had the app banners plugin installed any more.
