I was looking at my list of users, and in ADMINISTRATORS I see
“Googlebot2”.
What is that?

I’m inclined to think that’s a hack, unless you have some plugin related to googlebots.

Delete the ID.
Change your passwords (WP AND your ISP password).

Then review these:

we are running wordpress 2.5, is it one of the bad versions?

You should upgrade. Definitely. Older versions of WP are always suspect.
