    I don’t know where this HTML is coming from but I can guarantee you it’s not from the Publisher. We don’t embed any resources from Google Code. My guess is that it is from another plugin.

    Thanks, Eric. I just received confirmation from someone else who also manages portions of the site that they are in fact using an alternative to the standard Podlove player. Sorry for the confusion.

    TChickGall or anyone else using the CodeArt – Google MP3 Player and getting this error, I wrote about a solution at: http://pixelfundi.com/wordpress/wordpress-plugin-codeart-google-mp3-player-not-working-solved/.

    Briefly, you need to find/download the linked/missing .swf player and host it yourself and then update the plugin’s index.php file to use your copy of the file.

    Good luck!

    Thanks for sharing your solution 🙂

    I had this problem and I tried to follow your solution but now my site disappeared (I just get a blank page). Two questions:

    1. At one point you say:
    Comment out or delete the first path like this:
    //$google_swf_player = ‘http://prac-gadget.googlecode.com/svn/branches/google-audio-step.swf’;

    What does it mean exactly?

    2. Should I upload the audio-player.swf in the plugins/google-mp3-audio-player/ folder?

    Thanks in advance for your help!
