Hi,
Apologies for the delay over the weekend.
The log shows
“0011.416 () Error message: Could not move old files out of the way. You should check the file ownerships and permissions in your WordPress installation (/home/customer/www/ekitchen.com.sg/public_html/wp-content/languages-old)”
There appears to be a file permission issue, meaning UpdraftPlus or WordPress does not have the correct read or write permission to a certain folder or file.

Thank you Steven for the removing the password,
But the security issue I mean is that the restore backup is not working, as you can see from the above chat. I am worried that it might cause bugs in my website.
Can I just delete the folder (/home/customer/www/ekitchen.com.sg/public_html/wp-content/languages-old) to get the backup working?
