Got theme, Lost Dashboard (Admin screen)

I am setting up new blog. Worked through all the dashboard settings, etc., and as a final step, I selected one of the themes. Now that I have activated it, I can’t find the admin screen (dashboard?), and I need to activate a plug-in (and one more after that). How do I get to it (login into something other than the blog?)
