Grace Under Pressure theme set up & customization

Hello World!

If there is anyone out there who can tell me which plugins I need for the Grace Under Pressure theme (Female Design) I’d greatly appreciate it. The theme comes with “help”, but not with the two things buyers need most; installation and customization.

I have no idea how to change the colors. I go to customize > colors and nothing happens.
I made a dummy post and published it, I have no clue where it went.

If I knew which plugins I need and which to get rid of I think I’d be able to find my way from there.

I tried to seek help via Fiverr and that led to security issues.
