Support service already paid and no one answers

I paid for the support extension 3 weeks ago and wrote them at least 10 emails. No one’s answered me yet and it doesn’t look like they’re going to answer.

I have been working with this plugin for 4 years and always had a good support service. Now they are missing. I’m going to ask paypal for a refund.
