Granting editor users access to theme options

    Hi folks,

    Is it possible to grant editor users access to the theme options page?

    I’m working on some new sites on which I’ll be the sole administrator but I’d like to give the editing staff the ability to adjust the options for the theme itself without being able to change the theme entirely.
