    Hi @juliomarta : the shortcode seems inactivated…
    Nevertheless it could be a bug or a plugin conflict, can you try setting back the default theme and disabling any other plugin ?

    Was this ever solved? I’m running into the same issue. I’ve switched back to the 2017 theme and deactivated all of the plugins I have on this specific site (it’s part of a multisite) but still no resolution.
