Does the default poll work correctly before you make any changes?
Does a table of results get successfully created?
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you…
The poll works fine, except the lack of a graph/chart. After someone takes the default poll, all they get is “Thanks for voting”.
I do get the table, though. Here’s what the table includes:
id Question info[form_sent] info[wp_user] info[form_received] This is a test 171_updated
1 Option A 8/4/2011 16:46 3 8/4/2011 16:46
Here is the code as currently typed in the Response portion of the form:
<p>Thanks for voting!</p>
<?php $this->show_results();?>
Is there something I’m supposed to do to the php code?
Thanks for your help on this!

That is all correct.
The only other thing i can think of is,
what is your permalink structure/
And is your site not english?
I wondered if it might be the permalink structure…I’m still using the “page_id=X” structure. Could this be the problem?
Unfortunately, the way things are currently set up, I do not have the write permissions to change the permalink structure. To do so i need to go through the IT department, which I have avoided thus far…
Looks like it might be time to chat with IT…
Thanks again!
ps – the site is in english.

This could be the problem.
There was a but with the default permalink structure being used, but I thought it was fixed in the latest release.
I will make sure it is fixed for the next release ( which may be some time ).
So changing the permalink structure to anything that uses rewriting should fix this.

ps. is didn’t think foreign translations would affect this , but just checking.
I just loaded the plugin today, and when I submit a poll answer, I don’t get a graph, nor do I get the “thank you for taking the poll answer”. It just makes the background behind the questions and answers slightly pink.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for your help

If the background it pink and the results are not sowing it seems like some of the mandatory fields have not been filled in.
Tried the above and have the same issue. It doesn’t show graph
