Staff would need to look at the account, and that’s not something we can do from the support forum for the free Jetpack plugin.
I can say usually when the image appears there but not on the site, it’s that the image has a rating issue (R for example when the site only allows G).

Hello,
My client can’t seem to be able to get her gravatar to show amongst the comments on her website. Her name does indeed appear, but not her picture. Upon attempting to add one through the settings in the dashboard, and being led to the wordpress.com gravatar page, upon signing in, we’re seeing that we do indeed have a photograph uploaded already. Kindly assist at the earliest.
