Gravatar.com is back

Alan Bell has very kindly renewed the gravatar domain so Gravatars should now work. Anyone who changed the link to the static ip address should be able to change it back again.

BTW, I have no relationship to Alan apart him having left a set of comments on what he was doing on my blog
