    Hi….

I’ve added a gravity form shortcode to my exit popup…
In preview the fields are showing – I have one question with 4 checkboxes – but on the live site, only the submit button is showing… which suggests it knows there’s a form there, but isn’t displaying the fields….

    Any clues?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I should also mention that I. used a shortcode since even with the classic editor activated I did not have the add gravity form button available in the form body editor

    Hi @stickleback,

I’m afraid that I don’t have access to Gravity Form as it’s a premium plugin.

I did test our Forminator plugin by adding a form with Checkboxes via shortcode and that worked without any problems:

Since this issue seems to be specific to a premium plugin it would be best to get in touch with their support so they can check it out further as they would have access to both products.

    Cheers,

    Thanks, I’ll try with Forminator….

Hi – That seems to be working fine… except… for some reason the form submission is not being sent by email.
The site is sending emails – because we get order info from Woo – so it shouldn’t be the site… am I missing something?

BTW – am loving both Hustle and Forminator – really easy to use and set up.

Spoke too soon – the form submission arrived… it took a while, but it got here!

Thanks again for all your help.
