Gravity forms bug with field duplication

I seem to be having an issue with dropdown fields being duplicated on the page with the same ID. If I delete one it deletes the other resulting in a loss of data in entries.

When I contacted GF support they said

“It looks like the developers of the GDPR plugin will need to fix how they generate the ID they are assigning to the field they add to the forms. It looks like they are just counting the fields and adding one but that doesn’t work as fields can be deleted and re-ordered.”
