Gravity Forms – creating categories for select menu

    I’m looking to create a dropdown select menu that allows for selections to be grouped under parent categories, like this:

    DONATE:
    – Direct mail
    – Donate by check or money order
    – Donate online

    EVENTS:
    – Calendar of events
    – Create an event

    Is there any way of making this happen? I know I can create blank values for selections — but then there’s a chance a user will select a parent category as a selection, which will be an invalid option.
