Gravity Forms custom fields ( like address )

    Hi,

    I’m using Gravity Forms and i would like to create a custom field ( like address )
    This because i want to create a site where people can create a curriculum vitae.

    TRAINING (S)

    from [MM] [YYYY] untill [MM] [yyyy]
    training: [free to fill] graduated: [yes/no]
    training Institute: [free to fill] in:[free to fill]
    Education Level:[list] Education Direction:[list]

    Also it needs to be possible to add more of these ( like list )

    Could someone help me ? 🙂
