    I have installed the Gravity Forms plug-in and activated… For some reason the dashboard is not displaying the Gravity Forms Plug-in menu item. When I go to a page where I would like to add the form, the directory button does not display. I have tried un-installing and re-installing several times, what could be the problem?

    Sounds like a permission issue – you need gravityforms_directory permission. Try installing Members plugin and enabling that permission for yourself.
