Gravity Forms Directory & Addons Version 3.6.1.2

After installing and activating the Gravity Forms plug-in I went to a page with in a site I am currently working on and the add directory was not displayed for adding a form. Also, on the dashboard menu, there is no menu item for Gravity Forms, how do I initialize the Gravity Form plug-in to display as a dashboard menu item and/or an directory option on the pages I would like to add the form functionality?
