Gravity Forms-FluentCRM mapping issue

I’m trying to map a Gravity Forms consent checkbox to a FluentCRM custom field. But the FluentCRM custom field doesn’t show up in Bit Integrations Pro.

How can I solve this? BI Support is not responding to my ticket.
