Hi there, I have just inherited a website using Fathom Analytics alongside Gravity forms and the client is reporting that since switching the website over to the version on our server, there are no conversions being recorded for the form submissions.

Both Fathom Analytics for WP and Fathom Analytics Conversions plugins are installed and configured, with the Gravity Forms option ticked within the Conversions plugin settings. I have noticed that within the Gravity Forms settings there is no Fathom Analytics option in the dropdown, however this was present on the previous version of the website before I transferred it over.

I have tried deactivating and reactivating the both plugins which has made no difference.

Can you help at all?

Hi @andylawton92, I resolved this issue in the latest release. Please update this plugin on your site and test it.

Thank you, this appears to be working as expected now. I will monitor this over the next couple of days to ensure the submissions are being tracked correctly and then mark this as resolved once we are happy that all is good.
