Gravity Forms – Not receiving email notifications

    I am using gravity forms 1.3.12 with WP 3.0. I was receiving email notifications of contact form submissions until a couple of days ago. There seems to be a lot of discussion in the forums re email notifications, but none of the fixes worked for me. Any thoughts?
