gravity forms uploads

We’re having troubles getting the plugin to see any uploads that are done via gravity forms. Gravity forms doesn’t upload to the year folders with uploads, rather it puts them in uploads/gravityforms/xxx/2015/08. Is there any way that we can add that location to move to s3 and cloudfront upon uploading?
