    Hello,

I have a website that when a user makes a purchase the data connects to my GravityExport Lite CSV export file. I have an issue where when a user buys a certain product they are unable to pay by credit or debit card via Woocommerce. This is only happening on a certain product and when paying by redit or debit card. I have deactivated plugin-by-plugin and found GravityExport Lite is causing it. At first, I just created a new product to get round this. But then the issue just moved to another product. How do i fix this? (When I deactivate GravityExport Lite the payment system by credit/debit card works fine, but as soon as it is active it is back.)

Extra info on the above comment:

I have narrowed it down to – on my Export trigger – it is set at “On every new entry”. If I change that to “Manual” it fixes this problem. But then creates another problem. When I use the link to manually trigger the export, the page/export does not load/trigger. It just spins and spins. I still need to get the order data exported to my CSV file. But the “On every new entry” setting stops payments going throug and switching the “Manual” trigger allows payments to go through however I can’t get the data to export in my CSV file.
