Hey,
Is the plugin compatible with v2.5.0.2? It was working in 2.4, when I upgraded to 2.5.0.2 the button is gone and throws this error in the console:

Hi, not in small time… new version of Gravity have deprecations and new filter for add custom fields in notification settings seems don’t work properly…

We are in contact with Gravity Team, I hope we can make soon a new version of this plugin.
