I’m getting this problem below is it this a false positive can I ignore it

Wordfence is reporting that the Gravityscan Accelerator file may contain malicious executable code: gravityscan-agent-XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.php when HIGH SENSITIVITY scanning is enabled.

This file belongs to Gravityscan which has been discontinued, you can just delete this file from your server now.
