There is one think you could add, though.
It would be helpful if you add another way of payment – cash on delivery and wire transfer are to entirely different payment options, but you offer only one – Manual Payments.
Hey @gkemperle, thanks for your suggestion! I just wanted to note too, this free version also includes support for PayPal.
The manual payment gateway would actually be the best way to handle wire transfers and C.O.D. currently since there’s an element of manual work involved with those.

Is there a way you envision those working in a more automated way?
The question is, how will the customer provide me the information whether they want to use wire transfer or cash on delivery …
At this point all they can do is select manual payment which could be either of these. When I receive an order, I have no clue if they are waiting for proforma invoice (for wire transfer) or they want to pay cash on delivery.
