    So After reading your article on the various Analytics plugins available to me, I decided to go with your ultra simplified option. I am very happy that I did because as it has allowed me to add the code in and attend to other areas of the site.

    The only problem I am having is that Google Analytics has not recognised the fact that I have added the code into the plugin.

    Is there usually a delay between installation or should it say tracking your site right after implementing the code?

    You are correct, there is a delay between the time you add the GA code to your pages (via the plugin), and the time it takes Google to collect some data to display in your Google Analytics account. So it has nothing to do with the plugin – it’s all on Google. Thank you for the feedback and 4-star rating 🙂
