Great customer support, Plugin needs improvements

Customer support really at the best, react fast by fixing the problem.
Only thing is that twice it happened the problem was caused by the DEV himself. They need a better QA control before the release day, and the plugin needs improvements and standard behaviours that a user expects from this kind of plugins.
