    I couldn’t figure out how to change the my-account page from the starter template to my website. It kept redirecting me to the wordpress login page. I sent an email yesterday with screen grabs and received a response in less than an hour with a video explaining step-by-step and it worked! I had to send a new request to customer service because after I changed the my-account page I would log in and it would take me to my wordpress dashboard. Now I know I need to be a customer not an administrator for it to work 100%. And once again they responded very quickly and with a detailed guide!
