    I had the task of putting alt text in a few hours. I decided to install the app to help me. I found that it only works when the subscription is paid. The moment you stop paying, everything disappears. For a few hours of work I have to pay years ahead. I did not read about this in the preliminary information. I stated that I was giving up the product and asked for my money back. I didn’t get them. On the contrary. They keep trying to withdraw money from my account. Beware!

    We are sorry that you did not like our plugin.

    About your license (with PRO version), as long as your subscription is not cancelled, if you have a monthly/yearly plan, renewals are still active. You have to cancel it in order to avoid any future payment.

    Hopefully, it’s done now.

    About Alt text, as many other plugins, you have to keep the Bialty plugin enabled on your website to benefit from its features, FREE or PRO (PRO version was made for online stores).
