Great Functionality but Terrible Upgrade Process

    This is the only plugin I’ve ever used where you can’t just upgrade it. For some reason, they require you to completely uninstall the “Free” version and then reinstall the “Premium” version. So, after you’ve gone through all the trouble of installing, configuring and testing the free version, you have to re-install and re-configure everything again.

    Every other WordPress plugin I’ve tried just lets you “activate” the premium version without any re-install needed. Why can’t UpDraft Plus do this?

    As for a backup solution, it works fine.
