Great giveaway plugin?

    I’m looking for a giveaway/contest plugin that needs to meet this criteria:

    Users don’t have to register, all they have to do is fill out a form/comment with basic info.

    The info is easily retrievable since there will be 15-20,000 entries.

    Enterees are able to comment with a certain phrase/number where the plugin will take that and either add it to a “invalid,” “correct,” and “incorrect” category.

    At the end of the contest I will be able to randomly pick a given number of winners out of the entries that had a “correct” value.

    Any ideas?
