When you click ‘Save’ the form will save, but when you close the page or navigate away from it a pop-up will appear saying the page is not saved. This is a result of the poor integration between the Polylang plugin (that follows the WP coding stds) and CF7 plugin which was designed in the early days of WP and does not meet the coding stds anymore.

Can you tell me a little more. Which language are you translating into?
Please read the FAQ, there are some missing translations with certain languages.
