Great Plugin

I was looking for a easy to use review & rating plugin to build my own review website. after a lot of research and trial & error, I finally ended up using WP Customer Reviews. It is very easy to install and configure and the UI for users to enter their review & ratings is clean and straight forward but there is some rooms for improvement:

1. That would be great if there would be a total rating calculations and a shortcode to insert the overl result within the post content.

2. Looks like there is no built-in widget to display the top rated posts, most recent reviews, …

3. An ability to thumbs up/down the user reviews to make the most-useful reviews prominent.

4. An ability to define multiple-criteria ratings.

5. An ability to add reviews manually in wordpress admin area.

6. An ability to enable the Review form only for guest/registered visitors.
